Message from the President
Welcome to the Land Lease Community Owners Association of Atlantic Canada.
Our industry plays a critical role in providing affordable home ownership opportunities throughout Atlantic Canada. Land lease communities have helped thousands of families achieve home ownership while maintaining reasonable housing costs.
LLCOAAC was established to provide a unified voice for community owners and operators and to advocate for policies that encourage investment, growth, and responsible management.
Together we can strengthen our industry and ensure that land lease communities continue to provide safe, affordable, and attractive housing options for generations to come.
