The Land Lease Community Owners Association of Atlantic Canada (LLCOAAC) is a non-profit organization representing owners, operators, developers, managers, and service providers involved in land lease communities throughout Atlantic Canada.
Our mission is to promote professional management, advocate for fair legislation and regulation, encourage industry best practices, and provide a unified voice for land lease communities across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador.
